Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and included materials must be intact
  • Products must remain in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost during transit, Fashiontata will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

After review and verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

Size or Style Exchange

If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our mistake

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must include original shoebox, tags, and packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or used shoes
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
